new old bruce flooring
I ran across approximatly 800 sq. ft of late 50's early 60's bruce flooring, still in boxes. Lenths vary from 3 ft to 12ft solid oak planks. style on box is "ranch house". Can anyone help me with estimating what I should pay? It's beautiful flooring. Thanks Jeff

Is it pre-finished or nekkid? If prefinished, be aware that the modern finishes are much better than they were 40 years ago. Are they warped or cupped in any way? Any water damage from storage?
I guess I would treat them the same as unfinished wood of the same species, and base my offer on the current price.
