Probably demolitions?
I'm going to be attending another one on Sat. I just hope this one has decent baseboard and doorway moldings, tho I suspect the demolition taking place later on in Oct will have what I'm looking for.
I'll have you know my big "find" was a 2 story end of 1930s beginning of 1940s house that they were demolishing so that a McMansion could be erected in its place. Red oak flooring all 2 stories cost me 350usd, o'course it all had to be removed.....
But about 80% is now in the addition upstairs AND the rest is in my brother's place. Getting rid of the carpet and replacing it w/hardwood will help his wife and stepson w/their allergies.
Recycling at its finest.
This jobless recovery has done more to promote the consumption of exquisite chocolate than the finest chocolatier. Cost be damned.

And doncha know, one of their finds in the maggie was from Santa Fe.
NO FAIR, I just got back from there!
But.....gotta admit, I was INSPIRED!
