Stairguy,
Somebody on here will probably direct you over to Breaktime, where the construction guys hang out. However, I'm not going to tell you to do that, because you are most likely going to catch a lot of flak for asking a question for a 'ballpark' dollar figure of anything. My best advice is to call a foundation company in your area and ask them for a quote. They will know what mix is best/most common for your area and quote accordingly. Then pay them to do the work. Every one tells me that flat work is the hardest on your body and one of those things that it's just as well to have a pro do.
Where in DE? I grew up in Seaford down in Sussex county.
Thanx for the reply. I got the info I was looking for over at breaktime. I was looking for a "budget number" for having a contractor do the complete foundation. I've outgrown my existing 3 car garage and trying to figure out what the best bet is for more work space. BTW I live in Newark DE. I've spent many weekends in Seaford motorcycle racing @ Middleford Speedway with my son.
And for those of you who want to sound eastern shore, that's New-Arc, not newerrk like they say up in NJ.
