Need help identifying this casing/moulding (post #204266)

Hi All,
My dog recently decided to chew up the base of this piece of casing/moulding which was around the main entryway for my house. It is Arauco brand but I have been unable to identify the profile. Does anyone know what profile this is and anywhere near Hampton, NH I can get some more?
Please see attached pictures.
Thanks

How much of it do you need? A local millworks outfit should be able to reproduce a few lengths of it at a halfway reasonable price.
