need help with repairing old sewer line made of concrete (post #199716)

I have a break in the line going out of the house to the street, this is an old house with concrete pipes. Can I remove the broken pipe and replace with ABS? If so, what do I use for a sealant.

You can use a Fernco adapter or no hub adapter to transition from clay, or concrete pipe to pvc.

Is one site that will give you an idea of the available fittings.
You propbably won't find what you need at a big box store. Go to plumbing supply house and they will fix you up with what you need. They will also be able to answer any questions about what you may or may not be able to do, according to local codes.
