Spots float up after cleaning carpet

We are getting our church hall ready for a huge reception this Sunday.  The carpet was cleaned, but spots have floated back up. 

Years ago, a cousin told me something that one could spray on these spots and with a good brushing and they would be gone. 

It was something like Windex.  I know, please don't laugh, Windex is used on everything, right. When I asked another person this week, they said, "Resolve." 

If you have a T&T product for taking care of this problem, please let me know.  We will move tables, etc., around and decorate the hall this Friday and at that time will try to get these spots....thanks, bj
