Cabinet Refinishing (post #204101)

I'm refinishing oak cabinets in my 25 year old kitchen.  Two doors under the sink are "bleeding" the stain.  There seem to be little tiny holes and the stain comes out and the wood look spotted.  I've resanded and the wood comtinues to "bleed: stain.

Any ideas?
