great lazy susan mystery hardware (post #186471)

I have a client who has an older built on site kitchen with a great piece of lazy susan hardware I'd like to find something like.
I'm adding pictures of the top pivot component of it shot from either side of the inside corner right angle pie-slice door its attached to. Anyone seen anything like it or even better know where to get such hardware??

I've seen stuff like it, but (post #186471, reply #1 of 3)
I've seen stuff like it, but not as heavy, I think. And only installed -- never seen the hardware for sale. Rockler doesn't appear to have anything, nor Lee Valley.
We are like tenant farmers chopping down the fence around our house for fuel when we should be using Nature's inexhaustible sources of energy -- sun, wind and tide. ... I'd put my money on the sun and solar energy. What a source of power! I hope we don't have to wait until oil and coal run out before we tackle that. --Thomas Edison
Here's some stuff, but not (post #186471, reply #2 of 3)

Ever have any luck finding (post #186471, reply #3 of 3)
Ever have any luck finding replacement parts for this?
I have the exact same set up and need to replace the pivot.
