Carbonicheat

Has anyone out there used Carbonicheat, a radiant in floor heating material from Korea?  There is some available on Craigslist for a decent price I think, $1.50 a sq foot.  It' appears to be similar to Nuheat, but using rolled copper as the conductor.

The website I found doesn't have much information, although If the product doea what it says it'll be great.
