It depends on where you live as to which deck product would weather the best. The treated ACQ should not affect the decking. it does require approve fasteners due to it's high corrosivenes. Stainless or coated steel.
Hardwood decking in a wet climate will be slippery, it will normally gray, it will check of not coated on the ends. Most hardwoods have to be pre-drilled before fasening. I would recommend the fastenmaster pre-drill bit.
