Am about to build a new deck. Have been researching the web about composites

Any info with regard to this and/or comparisons with treated wood would be much appreciated.....thanks in advance.....

Amen to what Ray said--go to the top of this page in the green box--click on "Breaktime", right after "Other Taunton Sites:". I think your question has been discussed there before (in fact, just a couple weeks ago), so you might try doing a "search" and enter the words "best material for decks" or something to that effect.
