soundproof recreation room ceilin

We are finishing our basement recreation room and want to make it soundproof from the bedrooms above. We plan to use fiberglass insulation between the joists in the ceiling, but we know there are some specialized materials on better soundproofing.
We would really appreciate ideas and specific materials we can use.
